• Once payment is made, the promotion will be displayed on the website for the selected duration.
• No refunds are provided for automated payments, unless the service cannot be delivered due to a technical issue on our end.
• Advertisers must ensure their content complies with our guidelines (no illegal, offensive, or inappropriate material).

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

• Automated YouTube, Twitch, or advertisement payments.
• Completed or ongoing custom design work.
• Voluntary donations via BuyMeACoffee.

If an error occurs with an automated payment, contact us within 24 hours for review. Refunds may be issued only in cases of system failure where the service was not delivered.

• We are not responsible for downtime, website errors, or third-party issues that may temporarily prevent your content from being displayed.
